This process evaluates the learning potential, the soft skills, the level of English, the details to error, and the logical reasoning. Each step is an eliminatory phase.
Then we start our training on Full Stack, based on P2P and projects.
After you can evaluate them for 2 months in your projects at a super price!
At the end of these 2 months, you have 3 choices:
- You can hire them directly and you pay us a Finding Fee
- There is no continuity and the project ends
- We hire them as the Employer of Record in Portugal for your company. No Finding Fee, in this case, only the Employer of Record (EoR) management fee on top of the wage and legal requirements costs
